    Some minor corrections/additions:
Star witnesses for the state are include a porn star who broke an NDA and a convicted felon sleazy attorney (use the word loosely) both of whose testimony will be corroborated by other more credible witnesses along with documentation and recordings. Prosecutor and defendant is an are obese slobs.

The typical arrangement involves a defendant who has already been arrested and then subsequently formally charged. Trump hasn't been arrested yet, he has to surrender on the warrant and be booked, he can't waive that. The deal his attorneys have apparently worked out with the DA's office is that he can voluntarily surrender at their office at an arranged time, be booked and go for his arraignment. I guess theoretically he could go the DA's office, surrender himself. get booked and then waive his arraignment, but that's not likely, especially given the assigned judge and his experience with the Trump organization.

Trump has two legal processes he has to go through, booking and arraignment.

Wow, this just gets worse. The DA's office is actually being very accommodating, they don't have to allow him to make an appointment to turn himself in. They could simply arrange for him to be arrested and go through the process.

More circular illogic. Trump was 100% correct about one thing. He could shoot someone in broad daylight on 5th Avenue and guys like you would defend him. .

Since the indictment is still sealed, why don’t you share with us what makes the charges bogus since no one else has seen them or the evidence. Other than your blindly partisan world-view, that is.

We impeached a president for lying about whether he got a blow job, yet you think potential criminal charges for campaign fraud, tax fraud or insurance fraud are bogus while having no facts whatsoever. And I suspect you likely wanted to hang John Edwards with an equal lack of facts.

Yeah, and lawyers like you will try to convict and innocent man for made-up BS. It's complete banana republic/U.S.S.R. crap.

I do believe that Trump already beat Stormy Daniels in one court case. Is this another trial about Stormy Daniels, that has already been tried? Why isn't double jeopardy?

Just to pile on... you don't know what the charges are and therefore cannot know if he's innocent.

    "it's not a cult!"

Also, he's not going up against Stormy in a civil case. This is a criminal case. @Gatorrick22, do you think one should have an iota of knowledge about an issue prior to expressing strong opinions?

Lawyers like me? I haven’t practiced any law in 30+ years. And when I did I was a commercial real estate lawyer, not a criminal lawyer, ironically representing developers like Donald Trump (well not exactly like that soulless scumbag). Although I did do some pro bono work for indigents through the legal aid society, so your attempt to insult me is just another epic fail. You’re consistent on that front.

Funny thing is-biased, under-informed conspiracy theorists like you always bitch about “lawyers like me”, until you need one.

Trump beating Stormy in a defamation case is another irrelevant deflection as to whether Trump committed business, campaign or insurance fraud. Apples and oranges. You’re making quite the fruit salad on this thread.

Was he found guilty of these so-called crime of "business, campaign or insurance fraud." Let me take a wild guess you are full of crap and he was never found guilt of those crimes. And all you are doing is making my point even more gratifying. You lawyers suck.

Also, I had no idea that Trump was found guilty of fraud. When was this? I'm surprised I haven't heard others here talk about this specifically.

Good grief, that’s what’s suspected to be in the sealed indictment that will be published Tuesday. Are you really this dense, or just so partisan that you can’t follow along? Go enjoy your Saturday. I’m done with this nonsense.

The indictment IS sealed so you do NOT know what's in the indictment, right?

Now all of a sudden you know what these charges are in the sealed indictment? Leftists lawyers.
And you call my statements "illogical circular." LMFAO!

The fact you don't understand something doesn't make it disingenuous, it reflects more on your abilities.

An indictment is the official charging documents. It will set forth every charge Trump is being charged with. Under New Your law the clerk seals the indictment immediately upon its filing meaning the public can't access what is normally a public record. Unless it is unsealed earlier, it will be unsealed immediately upon Trump's arraignment.

Here is a link to John Edward's federal indictment in case you want a general idea of what one looks and reads like.:

I said “suspected”. Not a definitive word. Look it up.

Meanwhile you called them unconditionally bogus. Definitive word.

Your seeming lack of comprehension is stunning.

    Ciao.
