Okay since some of you, mainly matside, don't like me wondering about getting run ruled, I offer this. This team has shown a never give up attitude most of this year. Let's see how well we do the last 4 innings here. They've come back several times before but down 8 will show plenty of character. Here's hoping.
You and me both, I know someone here were probably puzzled when I mentioned about six games ago how effective are bullpen had been but I feel very strongly that they are solid and then you throw a kid like Nesbitt in there!!!!
I'll say it- Sproat is not consiste 87, you are an optimist- an admirable trait. I see a Gators team with great potential but with question marks. A Friday Night starter who is too inconsistent at this key stage of the season to inspire confidence that we can go as far as we'd hoped. Not sure where the problems are with Sproat but you have got to be able to battle through when your stuff is off and give your team a chance on Friday nights vs SEC comp. This sets an off-tone for the night and possibly the weekend.
