Since it says "descendents", wouldn't that include any relatives that could be traced back to him, even if it's 1000 years from now?

(editing this to note that the question has been answered, the extended version of the clauses clarifies that it means “currently living” descendants.

 

When I was studying for the Bar Exam, I identified two things that I wasn't going to bother with and would just get wrong if they came up: (1) the RAP; and (2) anything that required me to be able to draw out or interpret a legal description.

Yeah, normally I would be angry at a corporation basically declaring itself independent from the state to do what it wants.

The full clause says descendants living at the time of execution, so it would be whichever grandkid lives the longest + 21 years.

It's really only "independent" from local government. It still has to follow all of the county/state/federal regs that everyone else has to follow, and it still pays all of the taxes at those levels.

But I also think another POV is developing, at least for me. Trump is still the biggest danger to our country on either side, but he is also a narcissistic idiot who can’t help himself.
Ron is smart enough to know what he is doing, and spends his days pitting people against each other for his own gain anyway, with no substance behind anything he does other than yelling “woke” every five minutes. In a way, that makes him as unlikeable and dangerous as Trump, maybe more. Because he is doing it consciously and has a formula for division that this country needs about as much as an anal fissure right now.
He’s also on his way to wrecking UF’s rep, which took decades to build in the process of glorifying himself for the sake of his ‘24 run. That makes me angrier than any of it honestly.

 

We'll see if the Florida Legislature and the Governor have more power in the state of Florida than an entertainment company. I would bet Ron DeSantis wins this one easily.

 

Do you think Biden is bringing America together? Serious question. Because it's been a long time since there has been a unifying President. I'm more of Libertarian than a conservative but neither side is trying to bring the country together.
