Charge #3 means he was under a current an order for risk protection (out of Pinellas County) at the time, so he couldn't legally possess a firearm According to the Motion for Pretrial detention filed by the SAO, he left his car running in the parking lot and had a fully loaded Glock 9 mm along with 3 17 round magazines. One magazine only had 7 rounds, the other two were at full capacity. This could have been really bad, kudos to that bouncer. This is even creepier. The guy was on bond on a felony charge out of Pinellas County. While he was being transported to jail, he kicked the female transport deputy several times. The state only filed the battery on a LEO charge and they are moving to revoke his bond.

Perp tried to shoot up a club and got a darn good pistol whippin' instead. Great job by the bouncer, who may have saved several lives.
