Concerning that our catcher received the ball deep behind the plate rather than up front

 

Well that was not a good 14 pitches.

 

Yep. Cags May need a break from first.
Everybody can say what they want about all we are going to do this year but I’m not too sure after what I’ve seen tonight against our big rival. Not focused at all and no support for our starting pitcher.

we may come back to win but at this point this is embarrassing

walks, errors, sloppy play.....not looking good.

I really don’t like these mid week kind of games..I liked playing them on the weekends so we use our starters..like Sproat..

 

We have the bats to get back in this, but we need to get after it here pretty soon.

So this new pitcher has some control issues, hopefully we will be patient at the plate.

I will withhold judgement like that until Langford comes back and Waldrep settles into conference play.
