I would think so. Saying that people should be lined up against the wall and have a bullet put in their head strays kinda closely to a threat.
You got the lax disposition you got that it’s typically a misdemeanor where the statute of limitations has run you have that they’re trying to elevate it to a felony through campaign finance. You got that they would have to prove that he did it to benefit his campaign and not merely spare public embarrassment for himself or his family. You have that you can characterize this as a settlement. The only way this works is that everything goes right against Trump. Considering the plethora of investigations the dude has already gone through, how exactly would you characterize this?
The indictment blues? Stormy Monday? Straight outta law school? I got 99 problems and a bitch is one of them?
Well look… put yourself in the mind of a 15-16 year old kid being chased by some old dude at night. What would be going through your mind? Is this guy a rapist? Killer? Child abductor? Is he a Jeffrey Dahmer serial killer type? Maybe he didn’t want Zimmermann to get away because the guy was potentially targeting children and would hurt another kid if let go. If Zimmermann did the exact same thing to your kids or your wife at night, would you call them morons if they defended themselves?
Oh great, another liberal “your too dumb to understand” post. “Just about every” former prosecutor who read the report supported indictment?? Someone’s been watching too much MSNBC!!!! As I said, if there was enough evidence to indict, then there would have been ample evidence to impeach. If there was enough evidence provided in the Mueller report to impeach, then Pelosi, Nadless, Swallowswell, and Schiff would not have to have reached into the crevices of each other’s buttholes to make up an “Obstruction of Congress” charge. Additionally, if what you say is true, why wasn’t Trump indicted after he left office? He wasn’t indicted because there was no case. You guys would rather just jerk each other off for years, gleeful in your imaginary world where he was guilty as hell, but couldn’t be indicted because of an old memo from the Office of Legal Counsel.
Couldn’t you have said this same thing about the Stormy Daniels case? He was obviously “guilty as hell” in terms of there being no doubt it happened (his “lawyer” already served prison time!) - yet he was not impeached for it, and not indicted after he left office. Does that mean “they had nothing and couldn’t lay a glove on him”, or was it just a pass given to a sitting POTUS? The obstruction of Justice laid out by Mueller is basically the same thing. He could have been impeached, he could have been indicted immediately after leaving office. I’d argue his later crimes around Ukraine and 1/6 are because he was never held accountable. Certainly after Ukraine he should have been asked *by Republicans* to resign. Yet he wasn’t. They rallied the sheep around the “witch-hunt” narrative. If they are indeed just now getting around to this Stormy Daniels case, perhaps other cases that “should have been brought” will start moving. I think even most dems weren’t keen on prosecuting the Daniels case, but after 1/6 I think most sane people want this criminal finally held accountable.
With respect, you are inserting a lot of what ifs that just don’t add up to facts of the case. Trayvon had eluded Zimmerman. His father lived with his girlfriend in that condo complex. It was 7:00 at night during the Super Bowl. Their were many options for him to choose rather than to go back and attack Zimmerman from behind. I sincerely wish he had chosen another option. As for my boys, they both know how to fight, and they both know that it’s always best to avoid a fight if you can. Would they have done that at 17 years old. I hope so, but I don’t really know. I do know that they had done the same thing and the person that they did it too didn’t have a gun, then they damn sure would have been in some trouble with me. There’s a lot of really crazy people in this world. It’s always best to stay away from dipshits. Once the cops get involved it’s a crapshoot as to who’s getting the fault. I’ve always preached these things to my boys. Unless someone is putting you in imminent, immediate danger just GTF away from them. I have no empathy for Zimmerman. He’s an idiot who should have listened to the police. I’ll go one step further to say that there really was no reason to have even called them. He wasn’t convicted of murder, but he does deserve to have his life ruined. I wish Trayvon had made a better choice. He already knew the fat, fake cop couldn’t catch him on foot. I wish he had just ran back to his dad’s place and called the police himself
