Go Gator Gymnastics! These gals are truly exceptional, to say the least. Best of luck on Saturday ladies! Being a smaller human being myself, I was drawn to gymnastics and did rings and floor exercise in High School. Tough apparatus, the rings. Not easy doing an iron cross. My shoulders still hurt! But that was a gazillion years ago. The tricks the gymnasts do today? Absolutely on the edge of human ability. I have the ultimate respect for these women. Starts when you're in pre-school and never ends. Hours before school, and after school. Then the meets... Go Lady Gators.
We had all bar scores 9.9 and above.. 49.700 our total bar score We are in first place after 2 rotations..on to beam
Had excellent beam scores..so UF ahead after 3 rotations...on to floor..hopefully our best and experienced ladies will be performing tonight
They were awesome tonight. Championship Meet scoring record, 3rd best score in program history and their best score of the year. They will need this type of showing if they hope to best Oklahoma in the Nationals.
Congrats to these young women. A sport where the slightest wobble can be costly, they have excelled. They are on to the Nationals.
