Indicted, or not indicted. Guilty, or not guilty. Maybe we can put him out of the spotlight soon enough.
Your post contradicts itself. Based on the evidence available, and very little additional was subsequently presented, there was no where near proof of 1st Degree Murder charge against Anthony. You said yourself that it was a circumstantial case, which is the reason I maintain it was an overcharge. You, myself, and everyone else including her mother and father knew she did it. The prosecutors should have gone with a lesser charge. Judge Perry would have gone as heavy as he could on sentence because he knew she did it too. He also knew that it shouldn’t have been a 1st degree charge. In the Zimmerman case, it was similar. Local prosecutors hadn’t charged him as they knew it was a case of Zimmerman was a moron, but given that Martin attacked him, he did have the Stand Your Ground on his side. It wasn’t until media pressure presented the attention grabber state prosecutor stepped in and went big. That was a sad case where two morons paths collided at the wrong place at the wrong time.
I must be referring to a different investigation. The one I’m referring to provided so few instances of criminal activity that the House had to execute their three year long plan of impeachment based on a ridiculous second or third hand whistleblower’s interpretation of a phone call with the dipshit in Ukraine, and the even more ridiculous charge of “Obstruction of Congress”. Oh wait a second, I’m sorry, we are referring to the same investigation.
Meanwhile in the world Biden's Chinese boyfriend, Xi, is visiting Putin in Russia on Tuesday to form an alliance with Russia. Nothing to see here, the Dems have a built in "don't look at the real world news" event going on in DC.
Makes sense, if they want to charge as a felony it's now or never. I seriously doubt they would waste time with a misdemeanor 5+ years out. If they did, it's points to what the pubs are saying. If it is indeed a felony, why are we waiting this long for prosecution? It shouldn't take half a decade to build a case, especially for something of this scale.
No, you're referring to the Fox "News" investigation. You are also factually inaccurate, it was obstruction of justice, not Congress. LOl.
None of this came to light until the Daniels payoff story broke before the 2016 election. It wasn't until Cohen testified that the reporting issues were known.
Yeah, on top of that, on the verge of WW111, people can't afford to eat or pay rent, banks crashing everywhere but big news story is trump...and racoon dogs...funny how that works.
If you want to run with the Big Boys, or at least have the Little Boys take you seriously; it’s always a good idea to bring facts, not wishful thinking. First impeachment trial of Donald Trump - Wikipedia It was “obstruction of congress” and yes, it was a ludicrous charge only made necessary by the lack of evidence that the Democrats were looking for from your precious , beloved Mueller investigation.
I think most Americans see this politically motivated, I think they're sick of all of this. What's he actually going to be charge with? Do you actually think he'll be convicted? I don't, and when he's not it will be another black eye for the dems. I've stated before I wish he didn't run again but he if gets the nomination which I think he will now, I think most true republicans will vote for him over any dem for President
