Rather think that than feeling all negative..I always have hope and faith ..belief that things (in any situation in life) can and will get better..
Well, other than the offense, the defense, the turnovers and the lack of quality rebounding, how did you like the play Mrs. Lincoln? At least the season is finally over. The guys looked like they weren't all that enamored in trying and win this one. Or should I say, they weren't prepared to do something better than their end-of-season mode. I think we can safely say that the Lofton experiment (ie, the missing piece to a tourney bid) fell WAY short. Reeves' going backwards is truly baffling.
Welcome! We're in the mood for some nice food pictures. Folks don't know @sflagator is a connoisseur of sorts. LOL!
Really..I remember losing to Manhattan in the opening weekend, a d then Colorado State on 1988/89, 46-68 ( my ex was so frustrated he tore his Gator t shirt he was wearing in half )and several games in 1989/90 where we ended up 7-21..
I am not ignoring reality.I prefer to think things/life can change for the better...and that way of thinking hasn't failed me yet thank you
That's about exactly when I dialed out, too. I watch 'em all, unless I'm working and they lose (then I don't bother with watching the DVR). At least we hung in there 'til the last game.
I'd like to see a source before commenting on this, but if true it's a meaningful statement . . . err. . . indictment on the status of major sports at UF.
I'm fairly sure I wouldn't quality for UF in 2023, and would be UCF bound where the hot chicks still get in too.
I am a long time Gator fan..even before I graduated from UF..season tickets and booster since 1985..followed them before that....born a Gator..I graduated from UF in 1996 with Danny W. Great year...SOS got our first NC, Billy D just starting out..early years for him..
I got the impression you were there at a similar time. My undergrad was 88-93 (5yr plan ). I'm sure a bunch of us graduated in the 90s, cept for old farts like @wingtee.
I know a lot about my Gators...love them win or lose..they frustrate me at times..cause I want to win..At the beginning of every season I believe we can go undefeated...I am a Gator fanatic..lol...football coaches I followed from Ray Graves ( I was a young kid ) through Billy Napier...basketball..Norman Sloane to Todd Golden,
