And Id be fine making that a misdemeanor or something if he does it knowingly in front of a child.

So for you there is nothing between G rated and hard R content that parents can choose to bring kids to using their own discretion and the government must decide for them?

I'm absolutely not. But there are probably a million things I'm not okay with happening in front of my kid that are esoteric in nature and generally very easy to avoid, so I spend next to no time or energy thinking about them.

Thus my question, why do you think so many people, as you claim, are keenly focused on this specific issue they are only likely to encounter if they seek it out? show me evidence that surprise drag shows with crass performances are ambushing unsuspecting families across America or Florida, and maybe I'll start to worry about it.

Frankly, I'm much more worried about my son being shot at school.

I think you culture warriors need to take a look at your own culture before you start going after anyone else's. You could start with child beauty pageants.

I mean there are hundreds of children at any given sporting event, people getting drunk and giving all sorts of rude gestures and saying crass things, some which could be construed as sexual in nature. You want narcs at sporting events getting people arrested now? I think you've really lost it here man, if you don't want your kids to see or hear things like that, they are going to be extremely sheltered. These are also things you can choose not to take them to as well. Ironically, I think the most family friendly sporting events are women's games, and they have way more visibly gay people than an average men's game.

Speaking of sporting events and performances of a sexual nature this comes immediately to mind.

Yes I would say most rational and normal people don't go to drag shows.

I remember when a friend of mine took his son, who was about 6 or 7ni think, to a Jaguar game. The guy in front of them was really cursing up a storm.
When Charlie asked him to tone it down a bit, the guy said “you should have known better than to bring him to a football game.”

What are you talking about? How is that my culture? What a load of crap.

I think the trash parents that put their kids in that stuff are trash.

I’m waiting for the day conservatives start to freak out on “caravans of woke immigrant drag queens coming across the border”

I vividly remember going to FSU and UCF games as a kid where there were students in front of us cursing after every play. I was at the 'Choke at Doak" and I definitely heard some things. :)
