You’re arguing with yourself about something I didn’t even say LOL. I just said if he (and any player) sees the slander from fans they might be like “Oh so this is how y’all feel about me? screw yall then.” And quite frankly I can’t blame any player who does feel that way.
Billy Gonzales All Time Recruits Extremely mixed feelings when it comes to his recruiting abilities lol
And you as usual can't articulate anything other than your drive by one offs. Not interested in discussion just drive bys with ulterior motives. Carry on
You had to be addressed in too hot for the same thing. You cannot articulate a point. Understood. I learned that much. You can go on ignore with dreamliner
What point is there to address? I simply said AR probably doesn’t appreciate seeing fans of the school he sacrificed his body for tarnish his name and how that may have played a factor (amongst others obviously) in him departing. Why that gets you all hot and bothered, I don’t know.
Right off the bat you're giving him credit for RECRUITING Kadarious Toney (Mac recruit), Van Jefferson (I'll consider this, but mainly attribute this to Mullen getting an early jump on transfers before everyone else joined in), Cleveland (Mac recruit) and Swain (Mac recruit). I already said he was quite good at coaching receivers once someone gets them on campus. Then you have Jarvis Landry and Odell Beckham who were recruited to LSU 14 years ago by Frank Wilson. You just listed a bunch of receivers that he was tangentially involved with, but Harvin is the only one he's listed as the primary recruiter for. And if you're honest with yourself you know that was all Urban.
I’m sure he’s heard it all and it’s no different from any other fanbase. The truth hurts sometimes but you can’t run from it. I hope AR wins ten superbowls and runs for 1000 yards for the next ten years. I wouldn’t bet on it though. He will learn to live in tge pocket or he won’t see 30 in the league.
Little Nicky is mad? And it even affects Georgia? Thought only teams like us and ole Miss got in trouble for beating Bama.
And transfers aren’t the same as hs recruits. It counts but not the same. He’s no doubt coached a ton of receivers to Sundays though. We need him as a position coach as he is proven there. I think he will do fine though and that no one could clean up on recruiting under Mullen.
I'm not going to pretend to know about playing football. I know this, AR is a Gator. I wish for him to be the first player taken in this year's draft. For one, UF never had a player taken as the first pick in the NFL draft. It will be good for recruiting also. All the negative talk about AR doesn't really help UF now, does it? It's time to move on.
There's nothing mixed about it. If you take out Percy and Elam, who did not come here because of BG, it is the Who's Who of overrated, poor evals, unwanted by others, never reaching potential, and never should have been recruited.
Pretty sure Napes has a great system for recruiting, and now we have a top-5 athletic facility that helps recruit itself. In my opinion, I am much more interested on how the receiver is developed under his coaching. He has a very good track record in the coaching department. This is not my opinion, it’s the opinion of several players he coached that are in the NFL who have posted such on Twitter.
If he thinks it will be easier in the NFL then good luck. You can bet that they asked him about his hesitation to run and poor ability to read defenses in the combine interviews.
