Intimi did not beg for financial assistance. He posted of his frustration in having his flights cancelled and his credit tied up in having purchased tickets for the cancelled flights. I think it was Mutz who proposed raising the funds he needed to purchase a ticket for what was beginning to look like his last chance out on the Russian flight.
Lol. No they dont. You guys live a sheltered life. Republicans make up roughly half of the country and my guess is moderate dems arent really going to side with the extremist on drag shows from kids. But by all means. Make it your strategy.
It was a little more than that. Regardless, he attacks folks that helped him. He is open to what that brings him.
Your party of anti-freedom clowns just massively underperformed in 2022 running on these same sorts of issues. By all means, double down. Democrats will happily paint the Republicans as the anti-freedom extremist party.
Damn if those are the rules, I'll send anyone on this board $20 if they can no longer attack me, because they are apparently indebted to me in perpetuity
Underperformed but did flip some power. But drag shows had nothing to do with it. Your party knows it isnt a winning strategy. Drag shows with kids attending will never be what they use. They know that would paint them as extremists. Drag shows arent illegal. We put age restrictions on movies, but not drag shows? Is an R rating an attack on free speech too?
DeSantis needs to calm down. It’s just clowns of yesteryear ... The sinister rise of drag shows for children
Not a rule. He can attack as he sees fit. Just dont go after those that return fire. What happened above was return fire from many previous shots. So by all means, he can post what he wishes, we just need to be honest when it is thrown back at him.
I think the idea is that Republicans will be the ones that cant help talking about drag queens and trans people, all the opponent has to do is act normal and its easy to brush is it off because there are plenty of other things to talk about. All someone has to do is be like "DeSantis would rather ban books and talk about drag shows than make insurance affordable in Florida or make getting healthcare easier." Americans don't like a bully, they usually vote for the most likeable & 'normal' person.
Underperformed massively in an election that should have been cake for them because they didn't speak to issues that mattered to normal people and spent their time taking weird, extreme stances on unimportant issues. By all means, tell people they should hand you the presidency because you will stop drag shows from terrorizing them. We'll simply use freedom and parental rights. Because most people don't want government telling them how to raise their kids and what art/books they're allowed to observe/read. You do realize that age restrictions, except for X, only require a parent to attend with the minor, right? I'll point out again that 12 year old can attend an R-rated movie as long as they have a parent accompanying them. Better get on passing legislation to take that choice away from parents too!
No I believe you're wrong. His family had to stay behind and he came to the state's. And everything thing I stated was true. It's none of your business who or what charities I choose to give to. And why does that even matter?
When I was growing up we would have killed to get a clown to come to the library. We had to go to the circus to see them.
Personally, I think weaponizing your past generosity with a poster you disagree with years later says more about that person than the person who took help when he need it but comments in a pretty normal fashion on these boards.
Actually NC-17 doesnt allow kids at all. X is now just porn.... but the point is we do restrict things for kids all the time. No one is telling adults they cant hold a drag show.
Perhaps. But what does ot say about the receiver of said generosity when he makes blanket attacks that may include many who helped him? And why is only one side of that coin worthy of being called out?
Wasnt it his family that was left? Perhaps I am misremembering? Regardless, why is he never called out for attacking folks who may have been generous to him? Edit: He was already here. The aid was for his family: Coronavirus - International stories and thoughts Coronavirus in the United States - news and thoughts
My understanding is that the MPA (formerly MPAA) is a private trade organization, doesn't wield the force of law, and that the goal of the rating system (via an independent division of it) is to provide information to parents so that they can make more informed decisions. I'm not aware of any law prohibiting parents from choosing to let their children watch R rated movies. I know I certainly saw some as a kid with my parents' knowledge. I'm not sure how this example could be a free speech problem.
