Agree but couldn’t he throw an inning on Sunday? 65 to 70 pictures and three days of rest is plenty. After what I’ve seen tonight I’d like to see him on the weekend out of the bullpen much more than most other guys
Sure he could but we don't have the midweek starter figured out yet. We need a guy that can give us 5 innings to help relieve the relievers. If Coppola is good when he comes back I'm sure he will have plenty of chances on the weekends.
Gators on the corners / 2 outs B/Kc/B - C goes to throw 2B. BT comes in from home and knocks the ball out (E2). He’s safe and Heyman is on 3B /B/F - Halter flies out to center 3/3/1/1 Gators 7-0
This weekend will be huge for Halter if he can keep his BA improving. SEC play is right around the corner and he could lock down 3B if his average keeps going up. Plus our lineup would be 9 deep.
