Justice for Ashli Babbitt (pretty pathetic you don't even know her correct name, I think most most men would have shot Ms. Bobbitt) would be charging the insurrectionists there assisting and encouraging her with her murder under the felony murder rule. I don't know if DC's felony murder rule would allow for that, but Florida's definitely does.

I don't wish they all met that fate at all, but I don't think it would have been out of line either. Storm govt buildings, you might get shot. Doesn't matter if you're MAGA, BLM, or whoever.

 

Most of you guys on the right on TH (especially you) regularly say "just comply with the police and nothing will happen to you," so why do most of you feel sorry for uncooperative Ashley Babbitt, a trespasser who didn't comply with police orders to retreat? Is it because the uncooperative trespasser was white, so you sympathize with her more? Are you angry about it because you felt like she should've been able to trespass freely and was above taking orders from a black cop? Was it because you guys aren't used to a white woman like her being on the receiving end of a police shooting?

 

You missed the more obvious answer. They wanted her to succeed

Those people trying to break into the chamber where legislators were are probably fortunate that it happened here. In many other countries the lot of them would have been mowed down without a second thought. Not advocating for that, just sayin.

I bet you are not aware of the claims on the program. Tucker Carlson made only three claims when he aired January 6 video footage:

1. The Viking-horned Jacob Chansley, who was charged with “violent entry” to the Capitol, and who was later depicted as having fought his way through the building to storm the Senate chambers, in fact walked the hall calmly in the company of police officers who didn’t try to stop him, and who in fact tried to open doors for him.
   
   
2. Senator Josh Hawley, who was depicted by the January 6 committee as a coward who ran, alone, from the mob, in fact followed police directions and left an area with many other legislators.
   
   
3. Officer Brian Sicknick, who has repeatedly been depicted as an officer who was murdered by violent insurrectionists in the Capitol on January 6, can be seen walking around unharmed in the Capitol after he is supposed to have been killed. He was not killed with a fire extinguisher nor was he killed with bear spray. Those were lies told by the media.
   

Also, Carlson explicitly said that some people were violent at the Capitol on January 6. The UniParty and the press did not reply to these 3 claims specifically. They gave the typical response when you don't have one.

 

All 3 of those have already been addressed and this was prior to Tucker's latest grift
