Well, we'll see about the 2:00 start. Depends on how the rain develops and when it ends. TV: SEC Network + (on-line) Miami vs. Florida | Watch ESPN Radio: WRUF 850 AM / 98. Way the rain is coming timing wise, I could see this being 4-5:00 game. 2:00 game time a little weird anyway for such a big game on a Saturday. This felt like a 7:00 game.
This game is going to be intense. I'll be very happy if our hitters can reach 10 hits or more tonight. The Waldrep vs Ligon matchup might be one of the best this season, especially for a Saturday. I hope any rain doesn't keep the Gator fans away. I'll be there rain or shine.
Thanks, knew had to be some reason game had weird time. That being said, could still see moving back an hour.
10 hits tonight would be legit. Ligon’s change is filthy. Delivery is sound and never ever seen him tip pitches. If locating fastball can be very hard to hit.
Repeat cycle on here but what Fisher did last night was amazing. Single most impressive pitching performance this year given the context. Jac’s first start maybe better more impressive now that I think about it BUT this was against Miami and after our pen had been struggling.
Per this morning’s forecast rain won’t start until about 1:00, and be heavy from 2 to 4. 6:00 start is more likely.
Fisher had a great night but it wasn’t like he had a 1 run lead when he came in…it was 4. He threw strikes, which I admit has not necessarily been a given, but Miami did hit some shots but right at defenders. The kid has a bright future.
Just saw the Morales bat flip….bench’s have cleared for less lol. Nice BT bump as he approach’s home plate I wonder how long Sully spoke about composure prior to the game as you know there will be some chippy moments between certain clubs…….Miami definitelyincluded
Sully said in his postgame last night that Neely was feeling a little under the weather. I guess we will wait and see if that makes Sully adjust today or if Neely has any effect if he comes out and pitches.
