Gator Farm In Colorado

That one big gator looked like he was having fun in the snow. I wonder if the warm water makes these animals more docile.

 

Rick they say you can stick your head in the mouth of one and take a selfie, no problem!! I did it with a 20' a few years ago in April. No problem at all this time of year.

 

It was a fun place to visit. Better than I expected and though they are a small organization they have a great mission. I went one day before it snowed, so I didn't catch any in the snow. I was still in the area so I took my son snow/sand sledding at Great Sand Dunes NP.

Geothermal water....those beasts are cold-blooded, they wouldn't stay active out of that water for too long.

 

No, I was sleeping in my dorm room (Hume) and woke up after a five alarm tequila Saturday night and they pulled a Godfather prank on me with a gator head under the sheets.

You're joking right? Warm water makes them horny, hungry, aggresive, mean, and very awake. Cold water makes them not horny, slows their metabolism, semi-timid, nice and cuddly, and dormant. The cuddly part is where you come in with your warm hearted hugs. Send us pics when you try this out.
