Well there is no “registering” of guns in most states. So, was he carrying it concealed without a permit or was he in a no gun zone…. Or charges to be dropped soon.

Can’t have in a car in Florida without cc, unless it’s locked up in the car. Cc means it’s in reach and ready at all times. No cc in the car is trouble.
