Florida House votes 113-0 to effectively repeal name, image, likeness law

I've cleaned-up some posts that were sniping or political remarks which don't belong on any of our sports boards. This time no points, no warnings.

For example . . . one preferring a potential candidate in 2024 . . . and other follow-up posts.

It got started when someone said something good about one of the major participants in getting the NIL law changed and others, of a different political persuasion, just couldn't allow anything good to be said about someone they apparently politically dislike.

Well, that's unfortunate, since this thread is about the current state government of Florida doing something that will change NIL laws and, hopefully, benefit the University of Florida.

Discuss the law, or it's application, or it's improvement and help to Florida recruiting . . . but leave the sniping and politics out. OK?

I'm inclined to give warning points or vacations rather than just automatically moving threads to Too Hot from now on.
