I honestly don't know what our offensive game plan is in most games we play. With this team should be setting back-screens and cutting galore, screw the 3-point line. We have some quick players but they can't consistently shoot from the outside. Maybe that will actually open up some shots from the outside and they'll start falling

Well, I may be blasted for this, but I don’t think this team (minus CC) has the capacity/ability to come back down 13 on the road at Bud Walton.

more disappointing to me than the likely blow out loss is the lack of any in game coaching. Zero. Seemed coaching staff was content to ride with our usual stuff vs anything to compensate for no CC.

no first half timeout. No timeout to stop Arkansas from pulling away . No utilizing a deeper bench (Felder? Bonham?) trying to find a spark. No coaching them up and subbing liberally to gain an advantage. Let’s just pretend that JJ is as good as CC and play the same 4 guard type offense along with JJ. Real disappointing.

Im leaving the game thread and hoping we can pull out a miracle. Good luck to those who stay. I’ll be back if we can pull it out but I’m gonna take the youngster for a walk to the park as game is outta reach.

I thought with our head coach playing PG and having Tauren Green UFs smartest PG as a Asst Coach our guards would play smarter than the last few years. Boy was I wrong. Just simple when you shoot or when to use/not use the bounce pass I’m giving them a D minus this season

I can tell, defensively, the kids are used to having CC help and are struggling without his help. Same for offense but not as pronounced. It is what it is.
