In theory the disinformation regarding Hillary could have contributed to the apathy. I think it goes beyond that however.

Does NH still believe there should be a Confederate history month?

I would disagree using the data that you cited. While the Russians probably had no impact on influencing Democratic/Clinton voters to flip to Trump the Russian disinformation campaign could very well have been effective at suppressing the turnout of Democrat-leaning voters including African-American voters and pro-Bernie Sanders liberals and considering how close the election was in the swing states of WI, MI and PA even a small shift could have been enough to flip the election to Trump thanks to the EC.

Keep in mind that Hagee's support of Zionism is based entirely on the belief that a return of Jews to Israel is a precondition for the Second Coming of Jesus. It has absolutely nothing to do with a real concern over the well-being of either Jews or in the end the State of Israel.

It “could’ve”? I suppose. But I think it was more to do with an apathy towards Hilary. She was just not a likable candidate to many people.

I agree that she was not very likeable and to top matters off ran a poor campaign. That being said it was only necessary to flip a small number of votes to change the outcome of the election, keeping in mind that Trump won the critical swing states that gave him the presidency by under one percent in each of those states. In Michigan for example Trump won by less than 10,000 votes out of a total of almost 4.9 million.

I’m not vehemently disagreeing. But the way I saw the numbers, it wasn’t so much as flipping the small number of votes, it was the lack of turnout by the voters that allowed the Republican turnout to carry those swing states.

Wow. The five conservatives left on Too Hot sure seem to have a lot of power and influence.

In the interest of equity, I don't think insults from conservatives should be treated as insults considering the historic injustice on Too Hot towards conservatives.

A bit of a difference between personal demons and vices and policy that enables exploitation of certain groups of people, most notably women and children.

Nobody elected Trump to be a preacher, priest, or pastor... they elected him to be President and to enact policy that's good for the country.

Yeah, well the GOP believes that minors are mature enough to have babies and own guns but not to read books about Roberto Clemente or Jackie Robinson so their policies hurt women and children also.

Yep. I’ve seen it written that Nikki Haley has a great future behind her.

I disagree with your conclusion. As others have stated, a more likely result of Russian disinformation would be to curb enthusiasm for the target's campaign. It would take some MAJOR propaganda efforts to actually flip votes.

Don't play this silly little game with him. His basic underlying premise is fatally flawed, that if you can't quantify something, it doesn't exist. He's wrong.

Russian interference definitely occurred in the 2016 election, that's not subject to reasonable dispute.

This will be fun. I hope someone funds Nikki through the debates at least. Here is Nikki during her run for governor of South Carolina assuring some southern "gentlemen" that she'd be OK with South Carolina seceding from the US if necessary and that she was on board with Confederate History Month.

She also made the decision to remove the Confederate Flag from the South Carolina Capitol in 2015, despite being a controversial decision at the time.

And she did that without alienating the people who like the Confederate Flag (I don't, but I've been around the South enough to know people who do). You want to move the country forward through unity, not a bad pick.
