I don’t know if Alex S. Can help us or not, but he and JJ at Center. I just wish he would have played a few more minutes/games. Hope it brings out the Eastern European beast in him. we are going to need it!

This team is cursed

 

Well, it could be worse. I mean, our preseason conference PoY from a couple years ago could have been benched due to a near catastrophic on-court incident, only to be sidelined multiple years, followed by exceptional output at another program. Or, or, or, our turnover-prone PG from the past couple years could have transferred out to an ACC afterthought, where he proceeded to totally SLAY it and ultimately become the conference PoY. Or we could have multiple players melt down and depart from the program, or get benched for unknown reasons. So you see, it could def be worse.

 

Maybe he can hit a few 3s.

Tough break for CC. He has been a warrior, will be missed. Best of luck in the pros.

Some cold comfort in that the season already was trashed anyway. Will be interesting to see how the coach handles this on the court.

I don't believe in "curses" but has there been a program with worse luck than our football and basketball programs over such a long period of time? It really is hard to believe things like this can strike the same program over and over.

 

I was afraid watching that this would be his last game as a Gator. Sucks, but probably the case.

 

NO... NO NO NO! the Gator fans and Alumni that wanted to fire their coach that was regularly taking them to the NCAA tournament... ARE CURSED... And now the rest rest of us loyal Gator fans are now cursed along with the "Toxic Gator Fan Culture" that the national media comments about. I guess it is time for you all to turn your "Toxic Culture" towards getting Napier fired.

 

CMW managed being without at least three of his best players and I expect CTG will make an appropriate adjustment.

 

Sucks. For him. For the team. For the fans. Not that he would consider it but does he still have a Covid year left to play if he desired? Or is this that year?

 

I don’t know Felder’s situation, but I would think that he would be the back-up 5.
