Fortunately evidence was reviewed and 192 have been sentenced to prison. This was done by both left/right judges and juries. And many of the sentenced admitting their guilt. courts have spoken, the Jan 6 riotous mob was guilty. “In the two years since a violent mob forced its way into the U.S. Capitol, more than 950 people have been charged for their roles in the riot, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation continues to seek hundreds more.“ How many people charged in Jan 6 riot? 950+ as investigation continues
You would think that the attorneys for at least 1 of those 192 defendants would have enough internet savvy to find Rick's video and clear their client.
This is technically a trump lawyer problem but since it involves the DOJ going after a trump lawyer for the “crime fraud exception” it’s a trump problem. They’re moving to pierce the confidentiality of communications between the two. The special prosecutor is going to ream his ass. DOJ Reportedly Seeks Trump Lawyer's Testimony, Indicating Legal Services May Have Been Used for a Crime
It's been posted. I think you need a good browser and a good search engine. You'll have to find the right combination. I will not do your research for you guys anymore.
Yes, some of them simply for this... yeah, some "insurrection" there. The Most Definitive Video Yet of Capitol Police Letting the Protesters In Unsealed January 6 Video Shows People Calmly Walking Inside Capitol Capitol police hold door for pro-Trump protesters, video shows Leaked Video From Inside Capitol On Jan 6th Destroys Media Narrative – Liberty One News
It's hilarious that morons think that even if some MAGA cops didn't stop them that somehow that removes their culpability for J6 things. No, it just inculpates those cops too.
Once again this comes to mind. If nothing else Jack Smith is a very competent and skilled prosecutor. Maybe it's just me but I don't think that he would be trying to pierce the attorney-client privilege using the crime fraud exception unless he has a very strong case. At this point the only real question is whether Evan Corcoran will fall on his sword for his client leaving himself open to disbarment and prosecution or tell what I assume to be the truth i.e. that relied entirely on Trump's representation when he filed documents with the court stating that Trump turned over all of the requested classified documents.
this..if the judge rules in his favor on this it should keep DT up at night because it appears that Smith is going right after DT for that first false affidavit that DT had others sign for him that turned out to be another big lie.
new name to me but a DT lifer by most standards. long time friend of Eric, full time defender of all things Trump. why would smith be focused on him when DT gave directions to sign the false affidavit directly to his attorney? Boris Epshteyn rises in Trump land - POLITICO This has created no shortage of tensions within Trump’s legal team, where Epshteyn is described as having an almost preternatural disposition to aggressively push back against any probe or critic. Among others, two people familiar with the matter say he’s butted heads with Trump’s newest lawyer, Florida attorney Chris Kise, who has urged a more accommodating posture to the prosecution. “Folks in the president’s old legal team were able to prevail on some legal strategies that he didn’t agree with but that doesn’t mean he’s out or sidelined. Boris is one of the people Chris has to deal with,” said a person close to Trump’s legal team, who was granted anonymity to speak candidly about tensions on the team. “I don’t know where [Epshteyn] filed his law license. They must be selling them at 7-11. I don’t think it serves the president well to be taking legal advice from Boris and hopefully he will see that sometime soon.” ................ “He always sought to be close to Trump,” said a second former Trump campaign official. “He tells the president what he always wants to hear.” But that desire to be close to Trump has come with a cost. Epshteyn has become tied to a host of legal headaches ranging from the Jan. 6 committee’s probe to the Fulton County grand jury investigation. He appeared in an email unearthed by the Jan. 6 select committee — which also subpoenaed him in January — about the appointment of false electors to help Trump remain in power. He has been summoned to testify before the Atlanta-area grand jury investigating Trump’s effort to overturn the election in the state. He was among the dozens of Trump allies whose phones were seized or who received grand jury subpoenas as part of a federal probe related to the effort to overturn the election.
I'm not giving up. I tried searching in Lycos on my Netscape browser but no luck so that must not be the right combo. Back to the drawing board!
Heh heh heh heh heh. I’m loving this special prosecutor. BREAKING: Ex-Trump Chief of Staff Mark Meadows Subpoenaed by Special Counsel Special counsel Jack Smith’s office is seeking documents and testimony related to January 6, and Meadows received the subpoena sometime in January, the source said. An attorney for Meadows declined to comment. The Justice Department did not respond to CNN’s request for comment on the subpoena. The move to subpoena one of Trump’s most senior aides – in addition to the recent subpoena of former Vice President Mike Pence, as CNN reported last week – marks the latest significant step in the special counsel’s investigation into Trump’s role in seeking to overturn the outcome of the 2020 election.
What's amazing is morons thinking that's what an "insurrection" looks like orderly and with NO weapons.
That's a deflection, Hillary lied plenty of times to the Congress too... so did her husband. George Santos in pure deflection.
Poster " So, now they can "legally" harass him to the ends of the Earth for what the Dems do in Congress almost every day?" Poster can't have it both ways ..... not a deflection at all to say Dems (all?) lie in Congress almost every day? But to bring up Santos is? LOL Can't male this sad logic up. SMH
