Another report of shots from mcdonel hall. Shots reported there a while ago.

Also reports of a suspect in another location.

Certainly a "fog of war", but multiple suspects seems possible.

Someone just called 911 and reported that there are explosives on campus and then hung up.

Now bomb threats (multiple explosives) being called in to dispatchers

Cops approached a subject matching the description and the subject offed himself

2nd firearm recovered from suspects backpack along with multiple magazines

 

Maybe it still will be, but this just felt like something else than the angry incel cast out. Didn’t seem to pick a place or time for maximum damage, most shooters are white, many off themselves quickly, no one seems to know who he was or that he had made threats (though that could change, it’s early but the interwebz are usually fast at that) among other things. the psychology of this one will be really interesting to me.

 

Why ruin other lives? Do us all a favor and just off yourself.

Shooter had no known ties to the university. 43 year old black man.

 

Shooter has been IDed as Anthony Dwayne McRae. He appears to be a convicted felon who served 18 months on weapons charges, being discharged from prison in 2021.
