Earlier today I checked the Kenpom and NET rankings of Florida versus the ACC teams that Lunardi has in. We were better than three of them in each metric and yet they are in and we are out. Good thing he isn't on the committee.

 

Do we want Missouri to lose (as they are in the next group below us) or win (to micro-pad our numbers)?

 

They lost which works for me. Still a game behind Florida.

 

I’ve been kinda negative but rightfully so…I do think UF will get to host an NIT game if we win a few more Q1/Q2 games and don’t lose any bad ones.

 

I'm imagining 19-14ish record. Can that get us into the dance? 20 has to have us in, imo.

 

Maybe 4 more wins in the regular season - two in the SECT. This woild be a good finish for this team.

Both are doable.

 

We have 7 games left, including today with Vandy.

I predict we win 5 out of the 7.

Losses will be Kentucky and Arkansas.

Of course would love to see us beat Kentucky, but the above is my worst case scenario prediction.
