As a whole, yes, the Repub party is a cesspool. Look no further than the House speaker debacle. Now they want to cause the US to default on its debt if they don't get what spending cuts they want (though no one is quite sure what spending cuts they want). Until the party stops caving to the freaks on the far right, you really can't vote for an individual repub on the federal level. Voting for a moderate Repub at the House level is about the same thing as voting for Gaetz, MTG, Bobert or the newest star of the Republican Party, George Santos. If you want to take your party back from those freaks, you have to start voting for people who will stand up to them.

 

If you're going to take a personal shot at someone who wasn't even addressing you, at least have the balls to do it directly instead of hiding gutlessly hiding behind a mindless meme while calling me dumb. Or as I used to tell my then 2 year old, which seems appropriate for you as well, use your words.

And by the way, why don't you use some of that giant intellect of yours (that somehow consistently displays little to no curiosity for anything outside of that narrow box you reside in) and tell me why it's a dumb idea? I'll wait here.

 

To be honest here Obama sold out on several promises. Like gay marriage.. promised to work across the aisle and then locked the Dems in his office until they signed on the ACA. Remember the "Louisiana Purchase" and the "Cornhusker Kickback?"

Obama lied about everything that made people think he was a centrist... he was NOT anything of the sort.

Now name me the campaign promises that Trump lied about. Or promises that he did not at least try to make happen?

Actually, your party is the drag on the economy. On average, since Truman, the economy has done better in every single major economic statistic under Democrat presidents than under Republican presidents: GDP, employment, stock market, inflation...

 

This doesn't seem likely. Running mates are almost always chosen in July/August after the primaries are over. I don't recall any pre-nomination tickets, at least of any successful candidates.

It's more likely Haley would drop out and endorse DeSantis, hoping to be added to the ticket if DeSantis beats Trump.

 

Your party is also a drag on the moral standards of our country, the things people used to care about.

 

And your party elected a president that recently banged a porn star and paid her hush money while his 3rd wife was pregnant with his child.
