    That's why I think you would be perfect to write the story. I mean everyone who regularly watches Gator Basketball knows about it. Lets get the story out there to the masses and complete your three part series. Maybe the leader of the roswdy reptiles know who she is?

    Older lady, right under the camera. Stood the entire time after I identified her, with the crossed arms of serious concern and full attention. Even during timeouts.

    I've never seen such laser focus from an older female fan. The look of concern and attention, again even during timeouts, makes me suspect that it is her. Though I was unable to observe any shrieking myself, because that is usually during live game action so my eyes were on the court.

    I sent the photo to my friend (who asked me to find the shrieker) and he said based on the photo he is absolutely certain that it is her. I would put my % of confidence at 60%.

    Where is trombone man? I haven't seen him at football games for the past few years... always found him in the west stands

    I've only been to 2 basketball games since graduating in the very early 2010s (last year and last night) and did not see him at either basketball game.

    He is still around but not sure he goes to the basketball games anymore. I know if was not happy about the way the seating changes went a few years ago. I know he had a conservative facebook show on a few years ago but not sure he still does.

    The urban legend way back when between my group of friends was that trombone man was the Mayor of Hawthorne.

    Obviously these aren't just regular articles that AKA is writing. He does a "story" and these people are never to be heard from again. Maybe Shrieker is wise to this.

    John Martin would sit near me at football games. Haven’t seen him for several years now.

    I do agree that she says some laugh-out-loud funny things. Something last night like "You missed that because you're too little."

    We should honor her more in the game thread by posting her best work.

    Does she shriek when someone is at the line? I noticed that in another game, and it didn't matter if it were us or the opponent. I wanted her to shut up.

    He was the mayor of Hawthorne for a number of years. His father was Sid Martin, an influential state representative who brought a lot of government money to the area

    I generally attend the home games and don't hear this drivel.

    I watched the replay of yesterday's game and could clearly hear her.

    Some funny stuff but not enough to put up with that crap. Mostly just obnoxious. Not to the level of the Vandy whistler for being annoying, though.

    And once you get that interview, you got to give me the assist. Lol. But seriously, I look forward to reading it. We just need one brave soul to approach her and talk to her. It sounds like she is truly a passionate fan. She is honestly probably one of our biggest fans from the sounds of it and how intense she is. Now I wonder is it because she just loves the Gators? Did she have a son who played for the Gators? Did she grow up playing basketball herself? Etc...
