Obviously we're waiting for OT Jones to put pen to paper. Are there any other recruits we should be keeping an eye on that might sign with the good guys on Wednesday?
Very true. The percentage of Top 300 guys signing on ESD has seemed to steadily increase each year. Guys don't want to get left behind in the class now. But, in our case this year (since we're backfilling for so many outgoing transfers) it's still a good question.

If you'll sign after you commit, enroll after you sign, not transfer mid-season after you enroll, and, then show up for the bowl game, I say we should take you. Just don't expect much of an NIL contract.
Signing a special teams coach would be the equivalent of two 5 stars (one of which would flip to UM at the last minute anyway). Let me know when BN wakes up and understands ST is a critical part of games and handing the job off to some high school clown isn't a smart move.
Of course not....are you under the impression that not having a full time assistant for special teams is "writing them off"? Curious if you can name the teams that have a dedicated on field coach for special teams?
Got all you guys beat. Set me up with a Publix cake and my own signing ceremony and that's all I need. I'll even show up and eat it.
How about a great special teams coach like our own Ron Zook as special teams coach who also serves as a fantastic recruiter..dual role coach no less. Maybe someone thinks we can’t offer something better than the Seattle SeaDragons XFL team he is currently coaching. Honestly you could fire a bunch of people on the defensive side of the ball..their adjustments and coaching last year were two steps below putrid.
Remember NSD over the years. Calling up the Orlando Sentinel line and listening to all the signees. Reading Gator Bait magazine go learn about all the signees. Then taking off from work a few years for NSD to patiently wait for faxes to come in and be posted on these type boards. Swampies Rumor Mill, …. Now kind of uneventful. No surprises.
Was fun while a student. Spending the day in the stadium reading and seeing the names and profiles on the big screens as they came in.
We signed nunnery. The number one ST player in the last two years. I think billy sees the issue on ST. I also think that billy is “the guy”. Give him time. The 24 class is looking special. Not pumping. Just seeing results. SO FAR !!!
