he posted on twitter today teaching NIL at Miami this week.

Understandable, but he lives in South Florida and is a sports lawyer, so it would make sense to at least be cordial to the UM guys. That said, I dont know much about the guy and dont have an opinion either way.

 

Totally agree, brother, and I'm not sure the NIL can be fixed with agents and attorneys involved. If xyz player is paid $$$, then a better player, abc, will expect $$$$ or $$$$$. So, I'm wondering, where's the limit? If Rashada commandeers a $7 million deal, what does a proven quarterback like McCall, Pratt, or Maye get? To me, it seems like a reasonable ceiling for an unproven recruit, and to not get involved in a bidding war!

if you utilize the word "political" for anything in that statement, you are misusing the term and likely with probable intent

 

Obviously, you're not savvy, as it was a pun about voting in the 2020 election. Something was wrong about the election ion but it can't be proven. Also, Russian collusion but can't be proven, etc. You're not very politically intuitive, or you what have gotten that. However, don't sweat it, because ALL of us would be better off without politics in our life.

I know someone the went to Law School with him. Said he’s a complete moron and wouldn’t trust him with a cent. So there’s that. I mean if you’re teaching a class at UM and representing Gators NIL contracts and going to games with players that you say you’re not representing, I’d probably agree with the assessment.

 

He was a major player in the botching of the Rashada saga. He’d be better teaching a what not to do with NIL class.
