hey ajoe - Understood but answer this - what does a "law" or "rule" mean when nobody enforces it? .......... NOTHING?

I appreciate your information but I see this (law) as nothing more than a brief impediment to a goal by using one of the many B.S. manueuvers that lawyers are paid to find to either hide or circumvent the law. Rich folk ain't got no laws, t$heir only impediment to satisfaction is the price tag to acheive what they want.

Seriously - How many billonaires and their legion of trollish lawyers do you think will be "arrested" for cheating at college football?

Please do a thread on it when it happens. I will be waiting, but I am in my 60's so you probably will have nothing by the time I pass at 82 years old.

The truth will only be heard as speculation because if the truth were known, folks would be breaking the rules. No one will ever admit one word of the dirt that happened. That’s why we haven’t heard anyone involved speak on it. Who would incriminate themselves. Plausible deniability all the way around. Paying player to come to a school is illegal and that’s what we and every other school is doing.

Nil the way is being done is illegal but it can’t really be proven. Everyone on earth knows it’s pay to play. Not much different than bags, it’s obvious to almost everyone yet prove it.

He is a friend but is a kindergartener playing in the big kid's sandbox. Most likely no one involved with UF and NIL was prepared for the real wild west. I am not saying we should have been in there bidding up a storm, just that what has transpired looks pretty bad. If you have some real sense, you politely watch the madness instead of finding yourself looking foolish bidding on the used Gucci handbags.
