In terms of potential liabilities, I wonder who owns the vehicle?

 

This brings up a new issue with NIL deals. Will the NIL company sue because they cannot get a return on their investment? Will NIL companies start taking out insurance policies on the players?

Very unfortunate accident. It doesn’t take me long to make an educated guess on what was going on at that time of the morning leaving a strip club and not wearing a seatbelt in the backseat. This isn’t the time of old where you grew up not wearing a seatbelt, it’s pretty ingrained in kids heads these days for it to be a coincidence. And while I am expecting the bacon and come on man’s, imagine if it wasn’t a singular vehicle accident. Imagine they hit you, your spouse, your kids. Staffers being DDs for players aren’t driving at excess speeds, that’s counter to why they are the DDs. Something/one was going down.

 

My favorite is when they try to advertise themselves as a "Prime Steakhouse".
"But Honey! It's one of the finest steakhouses in town!"

I believe the report shows Willock was backseat drivers side and the other fatality was driver. Same side.
