Unlike Putin who is feeding untrained Russians of all ages into the meat grinder.
By Deploying Untrained Draftees, The Russian Army Is Committing ‘Premeditated Murder’
Untrained Russian troops abandon front line positions, hide in forest
Mobilized Russians going to war with no training
    Mobilization Can’t Save Russia’s War
Said it before Putin's strategy is based on the assumption that Russia has many more troops to send into the meat grinder than Ukraine and that even if Russia sustains much greater losses Ukraine will run out of men before Russia.

Vladimir Putin Set To 'Disappear' From Leadership Position As Intelligence Official Confirms There Is 'Cleary Something Wrong' With Russian Leader's Health (msn.com)

Vladimir Putin is reportedly set to “disappear” from his leadership position within the Kremlin because there is “clearly something wrong” with his health, RadarOnline.com has learned.

In a sudden development to come amid rumors and reports the 70-year-old Russian leader’s health is quickly deteriorating, intelligence officials have revealed Putin is preparing to step down as Russia’s leader.
The surprising revelation also comes as Russia’s ongoing war against Ukraine is "going from bad to worse,” and Putin’s political career is “hanging in the balance” as his forces struggle to take the neighboring nation one year after first invading in February 2022.

“He's probably faced with another call-up. That clearly is deeply unpopular in Russia,” Sir Richard Dearlove, the former head of MI6, recently said according to Daily Star. “There must be massive tensions within the leadership group inside the Kremlin, there must be massive tensions socially across Russia over this whole issue.”

They could be right but I wouldn’t trust that site. Their history and business model indicates anything but reliability:

The magazine Radar published articles on entertainment, fashion, politics, and human interest and was founded and edited by Maer Roshan in September 2003.[7][8][9] After a series of three test issues focused on satire, he relaunched it in 2005 and again in 2006 with help from investors and family members, including Jeffrey Epstein.[10][11][12] Radar was awarded a General Excellence nomination by the American Society of Magazine Editors in 2007. Its website, Radar Online, earned an audience of one million a month soon after it launched.[citation needed]

The print magazine was suddenly shuttered in 2008 after its primary backer, billionaire Ron Burkle, who owned a substantial interest in Star and National Enquirer publisher American Media, withdrew. Radar Online was relaunched in March 2009 with a rebranding, focusing on celebrity items about gossip, fashion, and pop culture. All articles previously published by Radar Online were erased from the site.

Neither was the European part of ww2. If someone had stopped hitler in Poland or the sudatenland maybe we could have avoided 50 million dead.

Presumably the reason the US government is urging Ukraine to withdraw, from Bakhmut, is because it can’t bear to see more Wagner die ...

    As I posted earlier.

This conflict is a testing ground for a lot of NATO weapons. It also gives China an idea what NATO capabilities are, good or bad.

As long as we don’t have boots on the ground (not including advisors etc) I’m all for loading Ukraine up with weapons as long as we keep an appropriate eye on the ones we don’t want falling into Russian hands.

Info gleaned from Iranian drones and other countries giving weapons to Russia should help counties like Israel and others we share info with. Nothing equals live fire scenarios.

Depends on the successor. Pregoshin may be far worse than Putin.

That’s the bizarre thing about the pipe dream od deposing Putin. Any successor of his would likely be worse in their eyes.

Did not see that. Good all around. Wonder about timing for use in Spring offensive, including training, etc.
