It just seems natural to me a vaccine like this causes an immune response, and like actual disease, an immune response can cause inflammation in some cases. I don’t know why this is a surprise. But in all the information I’ve seen noticeable side effects are very rare and much less likely than the actual disease.

There is a lot of evidence that covid increases the risk for cardiovascular disorders. Anti-vax morons are blaming the vax for all of it.
