My bad, forgot Mertz has two years left, thought it was one. That COVID year has screwed up everything. Still do need another QB for depth though.
WITH Rashada it wasn't very good for next year. WITHOUT him, it might be the worst I can remember in 30 years of following the Gators. We'll be fortunate to go 6-6.
Good riddance. That kid has been involved in situations making us look bad twice now and he never even stepped foot on campus as a student. All in on Howard.
I just hope Josh Pate (and the others) who claimed to know the exact details of what really transpired here will do the follow up video he promised. Pull the curtain back, name names, point them out for all to know. UF has been wrongly tarred & feathered here.
Rashada leaving is best for both parties. UF needs to move on and focus on everyone else. I’d still like to know how this fell apart one day.

Never set foot on campus and his parents and this kid created SOOO much drama. I said it before, if he didnt start in the fall him and his parents would threaten to enter the portal if the NIL deal wasnt increased...repeat every season until they felt NFL draft was viable...a valuable and painful lesson learned here...time to rally around what we got now!
We will see. Tough to see him as your full time football guy and ready to come into a game if there are injuries if focus is on baseball.
