Never get high on your own supply. Sage advice for people that think they are a source for data for experts without even enough background to not know what they don't know.

Long Term Vaccine Side Effects? | Dr. Paul Offit talks about whether long term unknown effects of the COVID-19 vaccines are likely. Please share. Want to join our Supporter Tribe of... | By ZDoggMD | Facebook

Dr Paul Offit is probably the most credible vaccine expert there is. In the video above he states that in the 200 years of vaccinations there have never been unknown side effects that have happened after 2 months following the shots. There are almost always side effects of all vaccines and some serious ones for a very small subset of people, again for all vaccines, but they all show up in less than 2 months after the shot. If side effects started cropping up 6 months or a year after the shot, it would be a first in medicine.

You are comparing vaccines that are typically given once (or maybe in a series) to medicines that are typically given daily. It makes sense that if you take something for 10 years there might be side effects that didn’t show up in 90 day trials. It doesn’t make a ton of sense that a vaccine would have new side effects that show up long after the vaccine is given. The actual vaccine leaves the system pretty quickly. It’s the body’s immune response to the vaccine that is the benefit, and on rare occasions, the serious side effects. I’m not sure how an immune reaction is supposed to cause new side effects to pop up years after it is experienced.

Billions of people on the planet don’t share your belief( or lack there of).

And actually there are Doctors who do believe in the power of prayer.

The drugs I was speaking of weren’t limited to 90 day trails.

In the case of the bivalent vaccine there haven’t been anywhere near 13 billion doses given.

Aren’t these mRNA vaccines the first ever approved?

Many auto immune diseases start with a trigger and may not declare themselves for years or decades.

    EBV
    CMV
    MS

We are only sure of what we know until we find out what we didn’t know.

As a PA, do you tell your older patients to get vaccinated?

What does MNRA have to do with anything? The MNRA creates an immune response and side effects are due to the immune response (putting aside very rare and occasional short term allergic reactions to ingredients )

Seems like you are hinting at this misguided theory that somehow these vaccines change your DNA, which is untrue. I was shocked not long ago when I talked to a high school friend who is now a DO said the vaccines change your DNA, so even some medical professionals aren’t immune from disinformation.

No I can’t say with 100% certainty anything about the future. We may all be eliminated by nukes, a giant meteor or a super volcano in the near future. All I can do is evaluate existing evidence and historical probabilities to make a reasoned opinion.

People who are 65 and older or people with multiple medical problems (obesity,DM,HT ,CAD) should get the vaccine. I’ve told them that all along. Made sure my Dad and stepmom got them as soon as they could.78 and 81 at the time.
Their risk of a bad outcome from COVID pre vaccination was extremely high.

Now I see far less people even considering the bivalent as they have been double vaxxed and double boosted.
    Many have vaccine fatigue.

It’s a new mechanism, that’s why. Like I said we always think we know things until we find out we didn’t know as much as we thought we did.

I’ve never said and I correct anyone who says it changes your DNA, just like I tell people it’s not made from aborted babies.

Again I can’t definitively predict the future. But vaccines have never had unexpected long term side effects, and there is no known mechanism that would make them even theoretically plausible. They have been around almost 2.5 years since initial testing and there is still no evidence of unexpected long term side effects. There have been probably a billion or more doses given over a year ago, and no evidence of new unexpected long term side effects.

From the unknowns of autoimmune issues to the potential of smi (silent myocardial infarction) to the known myocarditis risk…

These shots should never have been authorized for low risk groups. Especially considering their efficacy. We cut corners to rush these things to market. I can understand for the the high risk groups why that would be done. But low risk groups is a completely different story.

“Immune response” is a dubious concept. The so-called antibodies present, post-shot, are nothing more than a response to the insult which is the shot itself. The shot itself is an insult, nothing more. And apparently, if soreness and fatigue are all you experienced, consider yourself fortunate.

I only rarely hit this thread these days but I’m glad internet warriors are still overriding doctors and scientist advice.

Never seen a group so adamant about virtue signaling something so ill-advised since smoking in the 70s-80s.
