    Both... but we are lacking in coaching right now and it's worrisome. Changes need to be made.

    Not to sound negative, but I was worried that our AD let pressure from the media dictate his removing the interim tag instead of going after more proven coaches. Hopefully, she can turn it around before we revert back to being a bottom-dweller program.

    She has about a year window of having the talent left. If everyone returns we should be okay next season, one freshman and one sophomore is worrisome though. Definitely not a recipe for success beyond one year. We need some portal help...2 or 3 underclassmen ideally.

    As far as the pressure, I think the move had to be made with the record as interim, but I still don't get why we didn't try to hire a coach prior to that season. Love her as a person, but the resume was blank for HC and that should never happen at UF in any sport IMO.
