Gonna be hard to find elite talent that fits that criteria.

Bennet was just one in the roster. And he would have done nothing without the elite supporting cast around him.

 

I read an article elsewhere there is a waiver process for after add/drop but have no knowledge of the validity of that.

 

You don’t go heavy in pursuit of Walker now as fall back just in case option. You’re only doing this if he’s now your #1 QB target. If everything were to magically clear up with JR and he enrolled, you can’t then go to Walker and say never mind, sorry. All signs point to it really being over with JR, imho.

 

He was recruited to come back and offered a scholarship the second go around. I’m sure it didn’t take much effort, but they did have to go get him from somewhere else. Not sure why he wouldn’t be considered a transfer.

Who had even heard of Shane Matthew's..he was 5th string....I know he had SOS..but while SOS was our beloved QB and Heisman winner..who really thought he would be all that successful in the SEC..I knew it but ..others not so much..

 

You need 5 QBs to have a 5th string lol

We have Miller, Brown, Mertz, and a PWO..can't think of his name..Liease or something like that..that's 4...my point..your starting QB..could be a person we don't even know about, I heard about Matthews because of some gambling stuff..but he didn't take any snaps before SOS got there...all this whoa is me going on..and players can get better too from one year to the next
Btw..our next qb doesn't have to be 5th string or whatever..just who can help us win..some are so funny lol

That’s awesome. Really hoping Billy can get Walker. This kid has a huge upside. Add in the year of strength and development he received at LSU and this is a huge pick up if we get him.
