I won’t post the link, but this saga is now front page on Fox News with links embedded on Kitna and Stokes. Great negative publicity

That’s per year, so $13M over his UF career maybe correct.

I know he went to UF but I wasn't under the impression that he's a football booster of any sort. I certainly wouldn't envision him paying for players.
    I assume that's per year. 3.5 x 4 =$14 mil.

I don’t understand how a system can be in place that allows this while at the same time mandating that the coaching staff stay in the dark. Think about how easy this makes it for outside entities to plant cancer in another team’s locker room.

So it’s not a number that UF offered it’s a number he wants?

I said the same thing. How can we be sure the actions of this third party are not deliberate?

    UF has no control.
    The NCAA has no oversight.

Who can tell them what, when, where, and how to do something?

If money is involved, humans will human.

If true I apologize for the crap I gave. I have a tendency to hope for the best in these kids, especially at QB.

    But yeah, Ra$$$hada.

Complete clarification is needed on this.

IF the above scenario is true then I don’t see how any program can succeed in the world of NIL unless boosters literally pay players whatever figure they want.

We are already looking like a horse’s back end in the court of public opinion over something UF, the UAA and Napier have no control of.

If we stand our ground our recruiting name will take a serious PR hit.

If we cave in, it will be open season on NIL funds by future recruits.

These may be kids wanting to play a sport, but when money is involved all that goes out the window.
