I wonder how accurate their cash evals are? Seems like we like the players in that price range regardless of what’s really being paid. I dig it too. Pay whatever for qbs as you can’t win without them and load up on blue chips , not 5* divas.

Not very accurate. Just based on social media followers and random metrics.

About On3 NIL Valuation, Brand Value, Roster Value

I think this would be huge for Gator FB. Maybe it would allow UAA to take the lead in any and all NIL deals, with boosters/donors having confidence that UAA provides oversight and a professional operation.

Why can’t there be a cap on NIL? Or overall salary cap? Per class (or total roster) or something

Same reason the Supreme Court determined that an athlete cannot be prevented from making money from their N, I, and L, they will rule that you cannot place a cap on how much they can make.

Also if you place caps then players won’t get an equal slice of pie. Will divide the locker room.

Even though the NFL makes it work, these are still “college kids” not viewed as professionals.

Give it 30 years and college sports will be a professional league of its own.

Because it is between parties that have nothing to do with the team/school.

so nfl players have their income capped? That’s how you view that?
