Thank you and I was asking a serious question. As an outside observer, it seems to me that KY has fallen off a step or two in the last 4-5 years.
nothing personal, I rag on all rival fans that post here regularly. But still, you don’t get it. You call him a failure while I said most programs would call him successful, that’s the arrogance of uk fans. He’s won 78% of his games there, besting our best coach ever. Arrogance pure and simple.
We will just agree to disagree. Calipari was brought to UK to win championships and he has not done that. He has had so much talent and little to nothing to show for it. Call me arrogant but I bet most would say it’s a failure or disappointment and it sure is to me. In 13 years he has one title while making near 100 million dollars.
And you don’t think Gator fans are like that ? If u don’t you have your head in the sand ! We are the cover story for fan idiocy
How about laying off a bit Jeff. He is a great friend of the basketball thread . He actually contributes with meaningful information.
This was a locked in game by the players and coaches. Very proud of their effort and their caring today. Big win no doubt!!
I do admit I take my UK fandom way too seriously in the scope of life. I give Calipari credit for one thing…. I care a whole lot less than I used to in my teens, 20’s, and 30’s. Hope you are well Wingtee…. I always read your posts several times because of your wit and knowledge.
Young inexperienced 5 star teams will get better as the season progresses. Don’t think you can win titles with one and done rosters but they will get better by season’s end. Calipari can recruit but needs some kids that play 3 years in roster
Normally I would agree but this is not one of these teams. This is the most experienced teams he has had. Great win today, but it doesn’t change my view. 2023 University of Kentucky Men's Basketball Roster
