Both will conclude not to charge either or it will look like selective prosecution.

Love to be a fly on the wall in Garland's office to listen to him go ballistic at the lost opportunity - Who will he pissed at more Biden or Trump?

Trump has done so may things that are far worse than not cooperating on the return of classified docs. The guy has tried to overthrow our government and continues to lie about the election results. He also tried to extort Ukraine. I can understand him lying (likely) about the rape of E. Jean Carroll. That was part of his job. :) His retention of classified documents probably is just a byproduct of his sense of entitlement. In the worse case, he might have shared the classified documents with his lover (Kim Jong Un).

So, when shall we expect the FBI be raiding his home?

I guess we can expect the FBI to search his residence pursuant to a lawfully issued warrant when it turns out that he refused to turn over requested documents and/or has claimed to have turned over documents that he was later found to have knowingly retained?

Both parties will receive some sort of "admonishment" and a slap on the wrist.

Apparently they have known about all of this for 90 days in fact right before the election. Why are we just now finding out about it? Also he had the documents at the Penn hangout location (press keeps referring to it as a think tank lol) for a few years. Now we are to believe some lawyers packing up a closet came across them? More likely is Biden was done with them after using them for whatever he needed them for.

What about the ones in his garage next to his corvette leaking oil on the floor? Who had access to that garage? Hunter? Lawn man? Mechanic?

Intent or quantity is irrelevant here. You either were careless with classified information or you are not. Trump knew he had documents claiming he had declassified them and of course that can be debated and vetted. Biden claims he had no idea any of these files were at any of these multiple locations. LOL that is way more careless and worse even if it is fewer files. I'm guessing this is the tip of the iceberg and more will be coming out.

Both should lose their security clearance and as part of that statement, be barred from the presidency.

I would say claiming these documents were inadvertently taken when former VP Biden (2009-2017) left office is a huge stretch. I would also say President Biden was well aware he had these documents.

These documents had to have been moved a minimum of twice. The documents moved from former President Biden's VP residence (Number One Observatory Circle Washington D.C.) to his Delaware residence or elsewhere. The Penn Biden Center did not officially open until Feb 2018. This means the documents had to be moved from the Delaware residence (or elsewhere) to the Penn Biden Center. Two move minimum.

Why were these documents moved to the Penn Biden Center and how many times did former President Biden use the so called hangout becomes the question.

Possibly what we don't know is what sparked the whole investigation to start with. It could also be a disgruntled staff member in the White House or could it possibly be our intelligence services spilling the beans to save their bacon from congressional investigations? We don't know and my guess is we will never know that piece of information.

What I do know is we should pay close attention to who gets fired within the administration or who leaves within the next few months.
