Funny. You have no idea what happened, or if it is happening, but you dump on the Gator admin.
That seems to be the knee jerk reaction around here.
Here is my thought for the record--not that it matters--Don't let kids play you for suckers. If they are trying that, they will be a problem wherever they end up.

The hand wringing is pitiful. The best QB the Gators have had in recent years--and that most definitely includes the two who followed him-- wasn't wanted by anyone. And all he asked for was a chance.,

 

No one should be bashing anyone until someone can explain what the hell happened here. That is not likely so quit firebombing people/entities based on hearsay, rumors, innuendo, and/or fake news. Grow up or please leave, for the love of God!

There was a rumor floating around that he was the one trying to up his percentage. To debunk this rumor, another post came out saying he had nothing to do with this deal, that he wasn’t representing Rashada, jtm was. The post twodaparty made in the other, locked, thread shows that Heitner is one of the lawyers at jtm. He’s also the guy who handles the deals for gator collective, is he not? Seems like he was trying to create some distance from this saying another firm was handling the deal when, in fact, he is the other firm.

If I mixed something up here, someone please set me straight.

Late Wednesday night, Jaden’s father, Harlen, spoke to 247Sports and provided this update: “Jaden hasn’t enrolled yet, he’s in the Bay Area. We’re having a conversation with Florida Thursday in regards to his enrollment, but I’d like to think if he’s not enrolled by Friday there will be some changes there to proceed as planned.”

Harlen Rashada added: “We’re working through some things right now with Florida and hoping they get resolved soon. Jaden has been excited about the next chapter of his academic and athletic career and is eagerly anticipating early enrollment in Gainesville.”

Code for if they don’t up the NIL deal then he will go to Oregon where he’s closer to home and they will give him more cash

 

It shows he has a relationship with JTM, not that he is a part of JTM. I won't pretend to know the particulars but this isn't an uncommon arrangement with professional services. There are certain things they might consult him on. It sounds like he might review some contracts for them or advise them on NIL matters. Under this arrangement, I would imagine his fee is paid by JTM, not the student athlete JTM represents. In other words, JTM would be like his client in certain matters.
