There’s no 6 year olds getting gender Re-assignments dude. Get your head out of Tucker’s ass and try to stay on topic.
I don't think I specified any ages, so can we leave Tucker's ass and my head out of this please? Thank you!
I believe Ohio has armed teachers in several school districts. We can use that has a litmus test to see what f you theory is correct.
I’m amazed that a child… a six year old… went home , got a gun, took it to school and shot his teacher on purpose and the vast majority here immediately blame the gun. 1. Please point to anyone, any law, any proposal that limits handguns? Sure, they account for the vast amount of shootings, but no one hs proposed anything to limit handguns. No one cares. 2. How is this not a parent problem? Let’s make a bet. Was the gun properly secured? Was the gun properly obtained? Vast majority of shootings are done by illegally owned and carried guns. Vast majority done my criminals or persons with criminal pasts. But yeah.. it’s the guns. Truth of the matter is blaming guns is easy. No one wants to address the parenting issue, the gang issue, the real reasons we have violence in America. Just blame a tool that is used. But don’t blame the real tool. The one used most of the time. Don’t blame 9mm handguns. We must go after the scary looking “weapons of war” oh no. Blame the AR. Hell shotguns kill more civilians than ar 15s most years but no cant blame them. So let’s stop the fake tears, the faux outrage. It’s just an act. A chance to score points. No one really wants to do anything about the violence because it would mean pointing fingers at actual people. That’s just not good for votes.
They obsess over underage genitalia. It always pops in their mind, regardless of the subject then being discussed
Given that guns are generally produced legally by manufacturing companies and then initially distributed legally, how does a gun go from that legal market to a market in which they are illegally obtained? Why do we do very little legally to stop this? Also, what requirements are there in terms of how to store a gun within the home? As far as I can tell, Virginia has no safe storage laws on the books in terms of requirements for a person's guns when unattended. Again, certain gun owners appear to value their convenience over the prevention of these events.
6 is below the age of accountability. An arrest will not stick. There can be punishment from the school and parents.
Beyond the child himself, are people really blaming the gun itself, or the child's access to it? I think they're blaming access, which obviously falls directly on the parents.
BULLCRAP Read the first 5/6 post and you think they are critiquing the storage method? Or do you think it’s a continuing commentary about too many guns in America? Read those posts… do you see ALOT of concern for the kid? Or snarky posts about needing more good 6 year olds armed with guns? Do you see any questioning the parents/storage or “MERICA”? Just another chance to take shots and score points for their side.
talking about too many guns IS talking about access to guns, isn't it? but you're right, there was no concern expressed for the kid in those posts.
The rest of your post? Maybe you should go back and reread your post. I quoted it, didn't change a thing. Left out nothing.
The owner of the gun should be charged for not having their gun secured. The parents of the child should be at least responsible for the cost of medical care plus the list work of the teacher. Maybe they should be legally responsible for the shooting? This is a topic I would enjoy the discussion of. As for the 6 year old I think he is a victim in this too. I would like whoever lost control of their gun to lose the right to be a parent.
In those posts or in the original article linked...Also when I first posted about the parents I had checked CNN's first coverage, no mention of any concern for the kid or of the parental responsibility in any early article I could find.
