I don’t think his stock would really improve by coming back. Round 4 is probably his ceiling.

 

And UF is breaking in Rashada more than likely.

 

I like him but I don’t see him going in first 4 rounds. Maybe 5th or 6th round but maybe not even that. I think a 50 catch year and consistently returning punts, which he’d do well at, could move him up to late 2nd or early 3rd rd. Not much ceiling right now. Add in successful punt returner and more catches and significantly increases stock.
