My 2-cents, a lot of times he holds the ball too long but that's mostly a function of his teammates not cutting or moving. That's what I'd change about him . . . and don't go so low unless the play is a cut to the basket. I'd rather he catch it at or just under the elbow. However, Coach Golden knows a lot more than I do.

I’m right there with you. How hard could it have been finding an upgrade from our last coach and somehow our AD went all the way across the country to find one that makes White look like Red Auerbach.
White had reached his ceiling, and that wasn't anywhere close to what is expected around here. The way things are going, we may have to adjust what our expected ceiling is.

It wouldn't have been. However, our AD and his predecessor think they're smarter than everyone in the room. And cheaper too.
