Because of things getting busier for me this year with real estate, I came THIS close to not doing the Panel this year. Not only did their help allow me to continue, but I was able to open things up to everybody who wanted to participate and not turn anyone away. As always, feel free to make suggestions for rule changes for next year. Overall, things went well and unless you can present a compelling argument for a change I am inclined to keep everything the same. Thursday, August 24th, 2023. Mark your calendars, this is the day I will post about the 2023 Picks Panel. Please folks, for the love of all that is holy, don't get yourselves in an uproar unless that day comes and goes and I haven't posted about the Panel. I usually only come to this site during football season. But if you need to contact me during the off-season you know where to look. Especially if you want to buy or sell a house
I'm pretty happy to finish 6th but I was far out of the top 3 or breaking even. It was still fun and added a lot of enjoyment to a tough season. Thanks so much to Realty, CF and SC for all their work!!
I enjoyed helping with the panel , even with my early departure lol. Realty, I'm locked in for next year both as a panelist and in assisting you again for next year.
