    This is one of those bowls with contractual tie-ins. So the answer is no, they had no other choices besides these two teams.

    UGA wouldn't have feared Bama one bit. The teams that beat Bama weren't competitive with the Dawgs.

    Alabama for sure looked like the Playoffs more than Michigan wiping the floor with Kansas State. I think however that both Tennessee and Alabama would have pounded Kansas State.
