Having already had covid doesn't prevent one from getting it again. The immunity wears off just like it does with a vaccination. That said, I do think getting kids vaccinated is debatable. There's very little health risk from the vaccination, but there's also very little health risk from covid for kids too.

Knowing you supported the wrong side now that this played out but unwilling to admit it…you just keep providing nothing. It is cute and funny.

    No. I am not.

The majority of those dying were vaccinated once the majority were vaccinated. The numbers speak for themselves. The reports in the US were just that reports with hard number data. I have provided the hard number data multiple times. I know it is hard to accept you were almost certainly lied to by the msm. But reality is what it is…

    So my anecdotal experience…

Daughter brought Covid home from school in late May as school was getting out. I never tested but wife did and 4 of the 5 had some sort of symptom so it is pretty obvious I had Covid (though I thought I missed it as I was the last of the four to have any symptoms). Presumably one of the omicron variants. Woke up with a 99.2 fever and headache. Tylenol and Ibuprofen the next couple of days. Took the first day to rest and every day after that got some sort of workout in but was worn out in the evenings. Lingering cough for a couple of weeks. Done.

Good news is you definitely don’t need anymore boosters!

    Glad you are feeling better!

You are lucky then. My case was bad. And I will definitely be getting a booster by about May, which would put me around 5 or 6 months out after having had covid. Covid immunity wears off. A booster provides some immunity and lessens symptoms if you do get covid.

Do what you need to do. Getting a booster for the archaic variant and or omicron at this point just makes no scientific sense considering you likely had the most recent omicron version or even better the newest version of natural immunity.

Yes I'm sure I had the current variant, for which the Bivalent booster has been shown to be very effective at reducing the severity and reducing hospitalizations. Immunity wears off and in 6 months there may be yet another new variant. I will be getting whatever current booster is available then.

Do what you need to do. If your doctor suggests you keep taking boosters after having Covid…I suggest you seek a second opinion.

Your good. But if you want an archaic shot you don’t need. By all means…

Thanks for the (bad) advice. But I'm gonna go with the science on this one rather than some guy on a message board.

May want to chat with a doctor on the front lines. But do what you need to do.

And if that doctor disagrees with you, he should ask for a second opinion from a doctor on the front line, right?

Because it is clearly not good medicine if a doctor suggests that in the vast majority of circumstances at this point. But I do not know their medical history. Really hard for me to find a scenario it makes sense to take a shot now. But if you have two doctors you trust telling you to take a shot. Go for it. I have always supported one’s decision to make the decision best for them.

Sad the propaganda and cdc/public health idiots in control have scared them.
