Couple of things.

I wish there was more oversight on groups like this. One whiny fan shouldn't get to run something representative of the Gators like "inside the Gators" without university approval.

Secondly, maybe it's just the day and age of twitter but while we have always had a few rivals on our boards as regulars, there was never the influx of trolls from other schools like there are on Twitter and other platforms especiallynow that florida is down. I never felt the need to troll Georgia, Tennessee, fsu, etc when we had the upper hand and those years spanned my high school, college and young adult years. Keep in mind I hate those schools more than a rational adult should but I would never follow a twitter page for any of those schools just to trash talk. Uga and fsu in particular spam anything related to good news and Florida. Total douchebag losers....

Of course we are getting trolled. I always thought the term 'Internet" should be changed to "Enter-Troll" anyway.......lol

I feel for ya brother, times are hard and the damn basketball team is flushing this season down the crapper to.

Oh well, 06, 07 and 08 did happen so hopefully the Gators get back on track, I'm getting old!

 

Don't get me wrong. I love the schadenfreude I get when those programs lose. But I just enjoy seeing the Gators win AND shutting up those insecure fan bases. That was always enough for me. Georgia in particular acts like this is the way it has always been and always will be.

Cam’ron was already reported as coming to Florida like a week ago by one of the UF beat writers, but then got retracted bc he wasn’t in the portal yet. Same day as the LB from OSU. Hopefully, this is still the case….
