I don’t anticipate CBN firing anyone after the first year. However, if he were to want to make changes when would you anticipate that to happen? After the second signing day?

Typically after bowl games as new coaches get hired and fill out their staffs you will see coaches moving to other teams.

As soon as it makes sense. Some candidates (hopefully) are still engaged with their teams for upcoming bowl games.

Need a GOOD Special Teams Coordinator and a GOOD Offensive Coordinator.

    Don't care about anything else.....

Chemistry is a big factor too.
A lot of coaching staffs shuffle the deck every season for multiple reason.
Chemistry becomes a factor when the new coach and or coaches enter the coaches office. Sometimes the existing coaches do not like working with the new coach.
Thus, some of the new coaches will move on if they feel like they have/want to.

Special teams have been SPECIAL! That is my only complaint with the coaching.

If BN decides to have a dedicated OC, you do realize he is already on the staff?

I often wondered how the play calling works. Where is Sale listed as co-OC? I only see OC/OL?

Rob Sale - Football Coach - Florida Gators

It makes more sense to me Sale is calling majority of plays, but Napier approves or overrides? I think Sale is typically in the booth and has a better view.

Shoot you’re correct. I got confused I think because we have 2 Co-DCs.

I’m not sure - but seems like here on GC I’ve read that Napier is the playcaller.

We need a dedicated OC and a special teams coach too. No need to get rid of anyone, but Napier should change things up on his end.

a good way to raise NIL money, you can pay to listen to the coaches conversations during the game. Obviously, there would be security concerns. But what would you pay to sit in a booth and listen to the game be called real-time?

So who on staff would you name the dedicated OC and special teams coach if no one is let go?

He can just add two people to his quality control team... :D;)

But we need an OC with head coaching experience, and a true special teams coach.
