Game is on Nickelodeon and it is absolutely the worst broadcast I have ever seen. Painfully stupid. The NFL should be embarrassed. And so should the broncos… but for different reasons.
They are playing the Rams, but yeah the game and nickelodeon crap is trash. What's worse is I didn't know this Nick crap existed until the Cowboys-49ers playoff game last year (I'm a Cowboys fan) and it just made that game 10x worse for me lol. Please football gods don't put me through that this postseason.
I’ll happily watch and appreciate any football game that’s on. Because in a few weeks when the season is over folks will be crying about how much they miss the sport.
I was flipping through the channels and this game up… and it was like watching a train wreck. I still can’t believe what I saw. Only watched about 10 minutes.. all I could stand.
What happened to the Broncos. Have Wilson on long term deal and implode. Offense and defense both suck. Keep firing coaches. Should fire GM and President instead
Yes, that seems to be the consensus here in Colorado. Also, the turnstiles are masquerading as an Oline
They do it for the superbowl too. I suppose it’s fun for kids to watch but the game is broadcast on regular networks which is where most people watch it on
Completely ignorant take: He had things on auto-pilot the past few years waiting for something to emerge on the team (sort of like Rogers and GB) and now he has been freed, financially too. But he is now built for his auto-pilot self and not a new team with new dynamics. Call it mentally checking out or he isn't young enough to tackle a new dynamic. Either way, it is the problem with the old model (which he sort of followed): you are beholden to your original team and if there is some kind of justice, you get paid loyally at the end of your career and not during your most capable part. And it wasn't Seattle who forked over the cash (a la Rogers and GB), it is a gullible Denver team. Good for Wilson, royally s__ks for Denver. Maybe they are going to become the next Jets or Browns.
It was simulcast on CBS for regular NFL fans. My bet is they are doing it on Nick to foster more NFL fans from the younger generation. Which is why they had Sponge Bob's friend doing some commentating as well as the overly simplistic explanation of the rules and play as they went along.
I think you mistook tegator80's comment, as did I the first time I read it. I believe he was saying "here's my completely ignorant take", not that your comment was ignorant...
